Strict military style sessions for fighters/advanced
Privates can be taught at the club on Fridays and Saturdays and daytimes throughout the week. Teaching at a location of your choice, and also outside training is available (Muay Thai in the park), so you can work your way to a 'better you' come rain or shine.
